Refund Policy

At XpertMaster, we usually do not give refunds for any of the services we give, except in the cases outlined below for two of our services.

Cancellation Policy:

You may discard your submission at any time after submitting or before the payment. Once the payment is done, the following refund policy will applicable:

Plagiarism Check [Plagiarism Report]

We provide “Plagiarism Check Reports” for documents in preferred language English only. Reports can be provided for documents submitted in PDF or Word formats containing typed text.

Note: If your document contains scanned images of content, the plagiarism report cannot be provided, and a refund will not be initiated.

Refund Policy:

If a document is submitted in any language other than English accidentally and the fee is paid, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Plagiarism Removal Service [Plagiarism Reduction]

Refund Policy:

Cancellation Prior to Payment: You may delete your document submission at any time before paying the advance fee, with no conditions.

Obligation After Payment:

Once the advance fee is paid, customers must have a waiting time window until the agreed delivery date for their corrected files. On this date, the customer will be informed to pay the remaining balance to receive the plagiarism-reduced document.

If XpertMaster commits you to deliver your report on time.

Non-Payment Terms:

Payment of Final Balance: Customers are required to pay the remaining balance within 24 hours when the task is completed. If unable to pay, customers must inform us of the reasons for non-payment.

Failure to Pay:

If the customer refuses to pay the final balance, the document will not be delivered, and XpertMaster reserves the right to submit the content to plagiarism repositories to prevent unauthorized use.

If the remaining amount is not paid within 48 hours of notification, it will be considered that the customer no longer requires the work. The revised content will become our property and we have the rights to store in the repository.

Note: Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of submitting the document, not the payment date.
